Karla joined Clayton Financial Group in April 2022. Prior to joining CFG, she worked at another Registered Investment Advisory firm for over 20 years. Initially beginning her career as an Operations Manager for the tax department of the RIA, Karla then transitioned into a client-facing role for one of the Advisory teams. Karla is dedicated to creating a positive and seamless experience for every client she supports. With a strong background in financial operations and client service, Karla works closely with advisors to ensure the details of each financial plan are handled with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Karla received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University and now calls Freeburg, Illinois home. Outside of the office, Karla enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
