Client Service Manager

Kathy is a Client Service Manager and joined the Michalak Team in August 2023. Prior to joining CFG, she worked as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and is passionate about providing excellent customer service and assisting clients to achieve their financial goals.

Outside of the office Kathy enjoys traveling, reading, dinner with friends, and spending time with her family. You might also catch her at Liliana’s Italian Kitchen, which she owns with her husband, Tim, and is named after their daughter.
